What is Partial Hospitalization?

Partial hospitalization for behavioral health is the “bridge” between inpatient and outpatient care. The partial hospitalization program was created to provide a treatment option for individuals who require high-intensity clinical care for mental illness or substance use disorder, but not the services of an inpatient facility.

The goal of the behavioral health partial hospitalization program at Southeastern Behavioral Healthcare Services is to educate individuals how to manage their illness to reduce chance of relapse or re-hospitalization.

Our mission is to use intervention, diagnosis and treatment to help a patient function at work, home and in the community.
